CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
We offer specialty gift wrapping on our orders for an added fee. Simply add this service to your cart and include your note in the "Gift Message" box at checkout.
If you are returning a gift, we can exchange the item for a different item from our collective or issue a store credit. Gift wrapping services will not be refunded.
HOW ARE TAXES CALCULATED AND ADDED?

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Information page.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We will do our best to change or cancel your order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Please contact us at hello@shopmasonmaison.com with your order number and specific request, and we will let you know if we can accommodate it.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
