SHIPPING & RETURNS

While we hope you love your new products, we understand there may be a need to return your items. Please see below for details on our shipping & returns policy. 
 
SHIPPING
If you have purchased items marked as ‘pre-order’, a member of our team will be in touch to notify you of the estimated dispatch date as specified on the product listing. If you have purchased a combination of stocked items along with an item which is marked as pre-order, all items will be dispatched together once your pre-order item is available.
  
All stocked items will be dispatched as per the time frames below.
Standard or Ground shipping (1 to 5 business day transit) on all orders less than $250 before taxes and shipping is $12 and free for all orders of $250 or more before taxes and shipping. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
  
DAMAGED GOODS
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@shopmasonmaison.com. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and be sure to include your order number. We’ll take it from there!
 
LOST GOODS
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
  
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, please email hello@shopmasonmaison.com to notify us as soon as possible. Be sure to include the order number and items you wish to return within your initial email.
  
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any items for return if 14 days have passed since you received the items.
  
Returned items must be unused and include all original packaging. Items that are damaged or used when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. Note that product marked down 40% or more will be eligible for store credit only in hopes you can find something you love on your next visit. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
  
In the case of returning items, you will be responsible for the cost of the postage for your return. For higher value returns, we recommend that you use a tracked service. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for loss of returned goods.
  
Once your return has been received by us, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm whether we are able to accept your return and process your refund. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for your purchase. If you do not receive your refund within 10 days of our team confirming your return has been accepted, please contact us at hello@shopmasonmaison.com.
