Shipping policy

SHIPPING
If you have purchased items marked as ‘pre-order’, the estimated dispatch date will be specified on the product listing. If you have purchased a combination of stocked items along with an item which is marked as pre-order, all items will be dispatched as available.

All stocked items will be dispatched via standard or ground shipping (5 to 7 business day transit). Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
    
DAMAGED GOODS
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hello@shopmasonmaison.com. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and be sure to include your order number. We’ll take it from there!
 
LOST GOODS
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
