The Jean Dubost family has crafted renowned, high-quality artisan knives since 1920. Trusted in kitchens and restaurants throughout France, the legendary Laguiole tradition has now gone global. The carving set with ivory handles is made with high-grade stainless steel blades and ivory handles. Each knife is stamped, grounded, and polished in over 25 different manual production stages. All Laguiole products are engraved with a historic bee, which was originally part of Napoleon Bonaparte’s imperial seal.
